The staff is excellent. They engage with th pups and really know them. They are friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and well run.

The staff is always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They know my pup by name and know he’s mine when I walk in to pick him up. My dog is always excited when we pull into the parking lot. He squeals and jumps around when he knows we’re on the way to “school.” They make sure my pup is safe and happy all day- and take the pups outside whenever possible. We’re so happy!

I really love Dogtopia and I hope to bring my bigger dog Wallace there, but when we left Winston are Shitzu and we went out to lunch he was being humped by at least 5 dogs and it was so disturbing to my daughter Lauren we had to leave lunch and go pick him up. I wish he was a stronger dog and would tell the dogs not to do that but he doesn’t and so that is the reason that I can’t keep them there for eight days. I would still love to bring Wallace there for play dates but it’s just not for Winnie , I love your facility and I’m sorry we’re not using you right now but my daughter said she just couldn’t enjoy vacation knowing that he was being humped all day. I will still recommend the place because it’s beautiful and every one is so nice there but it’s just not for every dog. Have a beautiful day and I look forward to bringing Winston there in the near future.

Clean, doesn’t smell bad, good dog to staff ratio, and staff is very friendly and seems to really care about the pups.

I never thought in a million years that I would send my dog to daycare. However I know that socializing a dog is super important and the only time I could get out and about with other dogs was on the weekend at the dog park. My Pete just loves playing at the park so I figured I’d check out Dogtopia. I was super impressed with the facility (many different play rooms and outdoor areas) as well as with the friendliness of the staff. Pete is greeted by name when we walk in. It’s kinda fun to watch him play with all the other dogs (and staff) via camera when I have a moment at work to sneak a peek. We love Dogtopia so much that we use their grooming and boarding services too! I can’t speak highly enough. If I could give higher than a 10/10 I would!
