Although we dont attend Dogtopia regularly, that has nothing to do with the services provided. Ellie is great, always tries to help and answer my questions the best she can. My dog loves the socialization he gets there and seems to have a relationship with the other dogs and staff. However the last time I picked him up from a week stay he smelled profusely of urine. I’m not upset that he gets dirty, I know he’s a dog but it led me to think how long the staff let him walk around covered in urine. He seemed tired when I picked him up which is usually good. However he perked up after a bath, so I fear that had affected his mood. I don’t expect free baths when a dog gets dirty but if he/she is covered in body fluids I’d expect a bath or at least a hose down.

your staff is always kind and amazing and i feel they truly love my Charlie however I was very disappointed to see that you removed the bench some of us pet owners have back issues and trouble
standing for periods of time short or long please BRING BACK THE COUCH

The staff know my dog, even though she is not a regular. They give me a report on how she did that day.

The staff. Very friendly and love what they do. You can tell that they love dogs too.

My dog is always happy to head in. I also appreciate that the staff reaches out to me if they have any concerns and pay close attention to my dog.

Dogtopia is wonderful. I just think the rooms are small and not much space to RUN.. is there any way to implement play or pools?

My dog always has a lot of odor when I pick her up. I suggest washing their face and paws before pick up.

I LOVE bringing Onyx to Dogtopia in Yorktown, being able to watch him play on camera is so comforting and the staff is so nice and welcoming!

The room my dog was in had a few Too many dogs in it imo. When the moderator turned to tend to one dog, the others knew and would immediately misbehave- humping mostly.
Either add another human monitor or put less dogs in each room.
