My pup goes to the Yorktown facility. He loves it there and is always so excited to go. The coaches and staff greet him lovingly and take good care of him during his stay. The facility is clean. The General Manager makes herself available to pet parents as needed or requested. The supervisors and coaching staff give my pup lots of love and positive reinforcement.

Love the staff & all the TLC they consistently give to our pups. My dog has gone to day care every week for the past 6+ years, & he boards when we go away. He can’t wait to get there to see his buddies every time, & he comes home ready to sleep!

Someone is always in the rooms with the dogs. The play areas are clean and the dogs are monitored for temperament and “mood of the day”. Rest time gives everyone a break!

Scheduling and payment is easy, hours are long enough to match my day.
However, I did like the flexibility of the previous option to buy a 10 pack or 20 pack to be used anytime within a specific time period – (ie) 1 this week, 3 next week, skip week, etc. wish they would bring that back.

My dog and I have loved Dogtopia since he began going there two years ago. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Whenever we pull into the parking lot, my dog begins crying with excitement and tries to push the door open to get in.

A few days ago, my dog had a seizure at Dogtopia. I am beyond grateful to them and impressed with the way the entire staff handled the situation. They noticed the seizure immediately, cleared the area around him, and held him until he came out of the seizure. They contacted me by text and phone while the seizure was happening and then kept him separated from the pack until I gave them the okay to send him back in with the other dogs. It saddens me to know that my dog had a seizure, but I’m glad that if he had to have one, that it happened at Dogtopia, where he was so incredibly well cared for. I can not recommend this daycare enough!

Luna A always gets very excited when she see’s that she is going to Dogtopia for the day and always comes home looking happy and fulfilled. Aside from Luna’s own review, I appreciate how clean the facility is, the welcoming staff and the all day camera access! I highly recommend!!

Best staff team! They are great with the dogs and all seem to love their jobs!

My dog is happy to go in and comes home happy. The staff are all very nice and flexible when we need to make changes. They are also on top of keeping the dogs healthy and safe.

Staff is so organized and on the ball. Really pleasant too! The facility was clean and my dog loved it!
