Staff is friendly and loves dogs! The cameras are great to check up on my dog during the day. I know Dolly Parton loves going there because she gets so excited when we pull up and pulls me straight inside!

It would really helpful to have exit baths as an option! Also, the webcams don’t seem to be working the few times I’ve checked to see our pups. Finally- the place we used before we moved here we got daily photo updates for overnight stays which helped put us at ease.

Everything! The staff is always very kind. I have used daycare, grooming and boarding. I am comfortable leaving my dog at Dogtopia. It is extremely difficult for me to be separated from him but I know he will be well cared for. He likes it there and excited when we go there. I do have one complaint. My video doesn’t work in the toy room where he is kept during the day and no one can help me figure out why.
