Have been using grooming and boarding services for two years at Dogtopia. Staff has always been friendly and professional and my dog always seems to be well cared for. Couldn’t ask for more!
The website is very clunky and difficult to use on mobile. Additionally the staff at the front desk could probably use a hands free headset as it can be difficult for the to hear over some of the louder dogs which has lead to clerical errors. Otherwise the staff is friendly knowledgeable and very good with the dogs from what I saw.
Easy check in and check out. I like that there are cameras in the dog rooms.
