Friendliness of staff.
The staff are kind, patient, and helpful. They take good care of Tucker while I am at work.
I love the webcam!!! And that they interact the daycare dogs with the dogs who are being boarded, some other kennels will charge two separate fees for that service!

The staff seem to really like the dogs and are excited to see our little Dakota. We don’t go often, but she always seems to enjoy going. Seems clean and well staffed.

The staff is very friendly and makes personal connections with the pet. I rarely have to tell them who I’m picking up and they greet my dog by name as soon as we walk in the door. I love this personal touch.
I like our groomers and how we can drop our pups off for daycare without notice. They seem happy with daycare!
