Ashley the manager is both personable, honest and efficient. When they were understaffed due to sickness she advised me upfront at drop off as they seemed harried juggling front desk and dogs. I appreciated this and later called to offer to get Winston if they were struggling. They advised that it was all in hand. I couldn’t see him on camera and the tech answering directed me to the correct cam ( we have only been members for a week and my dog lost his companion last week). As my dog is not eating, Ashley offered to try him on Farmers dog so I wouldn’t have the full cost of ordering before we could see if he would eat it. (Which he would not.) They know who he is at Dropoff after only 2 visits and he is happy to go in without me.
