Very friendly and welcoming staff. My dog and I were welcomed with open arms before we even walked in the door. The facility is so nice and well kept, super clean. All around a safe and really fun environment for my dog! We are so happy to be a part of the dogtopia family now!

Everything. I love that I don’t see the coaches on their phones. Ever. And that they pet and hold the pups. I like that they clean up right away when there is a mess and I love that there are activities for the pups to keep them physically and mentally stimulated. The staff is great and you can tell that they really do like their job. I’m glad Skylar and I found Dogtopia at Cityline Richardson.

The groomer was very friendly on the phone when I set up the appointment. Everything is very clean and professional. I enjoyed seeing the daycare dogs on the monitors. Is there a monitor for the grooming?

The staff is engaged and friendly. They really know my shy little dog. When I watch on the in room cameras, I see the staff actually playing with the dogs. Everything is so clean and safe. This is the most wonderful doggy daycare I’ve ever used!

GREAT caring staff!

The people, the process and the site. The staff are so accommodating. Frank and team are always so helpful. It is hard to leave my wee lad. It has just been the two of us since he was born.
