Everything from the meet and greet to the continued visits after has been a positive experience. The friendly staff, the nice clean facility, the outdoor and indoor play areas where you can actually see your dog and other dogs via Webcam, and the option to have your dog groomed on daycare day makes me happy! The staff cares about your dog and created a safe atmosphere where your dog can be a dog and have fun with other dogs! Also the special treats and special days are cool too. Also the App to book and access the Webcams is easy to use. I wish I would have brought my dog here sooner!
Friendly staff that seem really interested in caring for your dogs. Getting photo updates. Additional options like snacks/treats, events etc

Flexible, courteous, kind , really seem to like all dogs.
Dogtopia is nearby, my dog loves it, I can watch him on my cell phone while he plays with other similarly energetic dogs, and the staff knows Blanco very well. They keep up the dogs’ vaccinations

What I love most about Dogtopia of The Shire at Cityline is the genuine care they show every dog that walks through their doors. I have three Miniature Australian Shepherds, Lexi, Willow, and Luka, and they absolutely love coming to daycare and boarding here. They get so excited when we arrive, and they come home happy, tired, and clearly having had an amazing day.
The team is incredibly flexible, professional, and always willing to help. Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly make us feel like family rather than just another customer.
A special thank you to Carolina. She is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming, and she always has a smile on her face. She goes above and beyond to make sure both my dogs and I feel cared for. Knowing my pups are loved and treated so well gives me complete peace of mind.
