The people are very friendly and nice. They try and accommodate you and your pets needs. They treat your fur baby almost as much as you do.

Friendly service, my pet loves the staff

We have never felt so secure for our pet to be away from home. Dogtopia and their staff take such good care of Bear. He gets so excited when we turn the corner and can’t wait till I open the door so he can get in there and be with them and his fellow dog buddies. The facility is clean and doesn’t smell. They have activities for the dogs and owners. Love, love the Richardson facility.

Friendly staff

I love that daycare is included in boarding, instead of costing extra or requiring an extra scheduling request. I appreciate that I can get my dogs groomed within a few days of a request, if not same-day; as well as pick them up freshly groomed after being boarded.

I can tell my dogs are happy at Dogtopia because they get excited when we pull up, they never turn around to say goodbye as they’re guided into daycare. They come home happily exhausted. They sleep the most soundly after a visit at Dogtopia. Thanks for everything you do!!
