Friendly staff who cared about my dog.

Very friendly

We love everything! Super clean facility, caring and happy employees who truly love dogs…and it shows! Our little Westie can’t wait to go in and play and is totally happy, and also worn out:), when we pick her up in the afternoon. Can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia in Richardson.

Great staff, caring, and friendly! Accommodating if my schedule changes for pickup. And, my dog is always happy to get out of the car once we roll into the parking lot. Highly recommend them to others!

I appreciate the professional staff and operation of Dogtopia at the Shire in Richardson. I requested to see the area where my dog would be boarded. The facility was spotlessly clean. The staff at Dogtopia is friendly and helpful and they care about the dogs they are entrusted with.

They have been absolutely accommodating to all of my dogs needs. He was diagnosed with lymphoma and Dogtopia put his health first!

The staff at Dogtopia feel like family with the way they care for our dogs. It is such a relief to be able to drop our pups off for daycare and know that they’re going to be safe and cared for.

I enjoy dropping my dog off as they always know his name right when we walk in the front door! We only go once a week yet they always know his name whoever is there. He’s so excited to go no matter if we’ve taken a week off. Occasionally, during the day, I will pull up the WebCam and watch his interaction with the other dogs. The staff is always attentive and never takes their eyes off them and are always watching out for each and every one of them. He is never apprehensive about going to Dogtopia at The Shire!
