Friendly, personable. Everyone knows my dogs name. Always happy to see him. Best of all he loves visiting he fur buddies🐾

The staff is super friendly and appear to truly enjoy working with the dogs. They also seem to really get to know each dog’s personality and quirks. It wasn’t long before I was hearing about who our young female border collie was making friends and who were getting to be her best buddies.
It’s nice to know she is getting socialized in a supervised environment with attentive employees. She really seems to enjoy the days she goes to her daycare and since she is such an active breed, it helps to let her get a full day of activity in. We have a big backyard, walk her twice a day (quite a while) but find this daycare to be a great service as an add-on for enriching her life.

Everyone is so nice! The web cams are a great way to see how and what my dog is doing. Everyone there provides great customer service, and it’s obvious how much everyone there loves dogs. Cannot say enough good about this place.

I love knowing my baby is safe and is having fun. I love all of the staff and trust that if there are any kind of issues they get addressed timely. I know my baby is in good hands.

The only thing I wish is that the daily daycare rate hadn’t been raised to the price it is. Because of this she can’t come as often as I would, and know she would, like.

Staff is positive, helpful, seem to love dogs. Our dog comes home happy and tired.

The staff members were very knowledgeable and very much in tune with my dogs and I’s behavior. I remember looking at the front door in hopes no other dog would come in because we were all nervous since it was our first visit. But, Iona (I believe is her name) noticed my behavior, went to the front door to stand guard and assured me that there’s no one coming. I really appreciated that.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Banfield’s employees doggy daycare who had accused my dog for aggressive behavior. And, the staff taught me that dogs become that way with toys which is why there are no toys in your play area. It made a lot of sense. Seeing my dog interact with other dogs made me completely happy with Dogtopia and the little nuisances that come a long way. I regret noting coming here sooner.

Both our dogs have special needs as they are three-legged rescues. We took them to Dogtopia for a meet and greet and to see how they would do at the facility. The staff assessed them and introduced them to a group of daycare dogs. Our dogs have so much fun and integrate beautifully. We watched them play on the monitor in the lobby and saw how the professional staff monitored all the play and kept the room/floors/cages clean as soon as there were piddles or other issues. Dogtopia is a wonderful place; we plan to use it for kenneling when we take a trip. We are also going back soon for some daycare time so the dogs can have more fun, and we can get a little break at home.
