They take great care of our Brittany Spaniel, Traeger. He always comes home happy, fed, and tired from a day playing. The weekday cameras are fun to watch all the dogs play!
We bring our two Goldens for grooming with Katherine and she does a great job! My dogs are soft and beautiful when she’s done!

The facility is very clean, well organized and the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. I like that we can go onto their website and see our dog through a webcam. They are also very good about providing feedback on his play time while he is there or immediately afterwards, and they also follow up with a phone call after a couple of days to get our feedback on how Jackson seemed to be after a play day there.
Everyone is very friendly and professional and communication is very easy. Also, the Dogtopia app is so easy to use. Our dog loves spending the day there a couple of days a week.
I enjoy that the team learns the dogs names and use kind and excited voices when speaking to them. I also appreciate that I can drop them off even when I forgot to book a reservation. It keeps the experience very low stress for me.
