A lot of staff which I think is important. Always greet with a smile and they listen to the customers.
Mostly had my dogs groomed lately. The grooming people are great! The front desk are very friendly!
Benny is always happy when I pick him up. He never shown fear or anger when I take him to board. I like the card they give me showing how well he did.
Set aside days and times for dogs under 15 lbs. for socializing/play dates. (have like a little club for the smaller dogs).
We love Dogtopia. There is a piece of mind when we drop our girls off. It is nice to be able to view in the webcam especially when we are traveling & they are boarding.
You are always very well staffed and your staff are always very friendly and helpful!
