Dogtopia of Miramar

You can check in on your dog throughout the day using our webcams, which can be accessed on desktop or mobile devices.

To ensure your dog stays safe and has fun, we separate dogs by size and temperament. We welcome all types of dogs who meet our criteria, which includes:

• Dogs must first undergo a meet and greet with our Dogtopia team
• Dogs must be over 3 months old
• Dogs must be spayed or neutered if over 7 months old
• Current on required vaccines: Rabies, DHPP, Canine Influenza and Bordetella
• Free of any communicable diseases for 30 days
• Free of fleas and ticks

If you want to spoil your dog, we also offer spa services.  Whether you’re just leaving your pup for a few hours or overnight, when you pick them up, they will be one tired but clean and happy pooch!

Our facility offers three state-of-the-art playrooms boasting a total of 5500 square feet.  The rooms were designed with your dog’s comfort in mind and feature rubberized flooring, which is gentle on their paws and improves sanitation. Dogtopia provides their team members with vigorous training on recognizing even the most subtle dog behavior.  Our daycare has the added bonus of providing your dog with valuable socialization skills.

Being away from home can be a big deal for your pup. That’s why we recommend bringing a favorite blanket and non-squeak toy if you are going to be boarding your dog with us. We also recommend bringing their regular food.

If your dog is going to board with us for more than four days, we recommend a bath to ensure their cleanliness.

If you are planning to use our daycare or boarding services, we ask that you call our location first, so we can get you set up with a Meet and Greet. This will give our team a chance to meet and greet your dog and determine if they are the right fit for our open play environment. We provide a free, no obligation tour of our facilities. We are confident that you will be so impressed with our facility that you will choose us for your dog care needs!

Dogtopia of Miramar has earned certification status as a Heroes for Healthy Pets^TM facility. The Heroes for Healthy Pets^TM  Certification Program in Infectious Disease Management provides training for preventative care, including strategic vaccination, and cleaning and disinfection protocols to help maintain disease-free facilities and keep pets healthy.

The program is co-sponsored by the International Boarding and Pet Services Association, National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, Pet Sitters International, VETgirl, and Barkleigh Productions.
