Great staff, happy hounds
The staff is very friendly and inviting. My dog is a rescue dog and has a few personality quirks, but they have never made us feel unwelcome, instead they have worked with him to be the best puppy he can be.
They are quick to respond to emails and updates. Their special events are wonderful, and my children love the photos they do of the dogs. My dog is super excited each week to go.

Such friendly drop-off … and dogs are happy and tired when they come home! Also – we love the cameras.
The moment you step into the building it smells of urine and is overwhelming! Not good for the staff either.
Other places I’ve Been at do not smell like this.
The webcam is a great feature, but it is down quite often.
The staff is very pleasant.
