Well, Everyone is very friendly.

But what I don’t like is that you are closed from around noon until 2:00pm. If Idrive up, your door is locked or it says you are closed! If I have my dog there for a bath at 10:00 am, and she should be ready for pick-up at 1:00 (3 hours later) (like I was told) No One even calls me when she was ready (like they said they would) because they would not call until after 2:00???? That does not make sense!!! I had to call you after 3.5 hours when I had not heard back from you, at 1:30, and whoever answered the phone said…”we don’t open again until 2:00, but your dog is ready! But you can pick her up just after 2:00pm.” ????????? That is STUPID!!!!

Coming to daycare even just once a week has been so great for Flynn. He loves everyone there, the staff and the dogs. In fact, he loves it so much a few times he hasn’t wanted to leave at the end of the day.

When we started with the weekly visits Flynn was a very nervous dog. Being around the other dogs and learning proper pack behavior has boosted his confidence and made him less anxious. Plus, when I went out of town and had to board him, there was no added stress for him. He was just hanging out with his friends for a week.

It’s also been really convenient for me to use the bathing services while he is there if I can’t get him into his regular groomer. Very happy to have found you guys and have recommended you several times to friends that live in the area.

Its so great to have a clean, safe, and friendly place to take our big doodle Oreo!! Dogtopia is close by, their hours are flexible, and we know he’s happy there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions addressed all my concerns for my dogs first visit. We just competed the meet and greet and signed him up for his first stay. We are excited to see how it continues to go and if he will become more comfortable and we can make this a regular thing.

how you love your job as much as the puppies!

Clean facility. Friendly staffs. Our baby always comes home tired.. as the saying goes… a tired dog is happy dog.

Friendly and accommodating staff

My pup is almost two and had been going to Dogtopia since he was about six months old. Always loving and caring and welcoming, the staff really makes me feel good about his time there. He is very large and not all the dogs want to play with him but I get a report each time so I know he is watched and cared for and encouraged. It’s a wonderful place and I am thankful I am able to bring him for playtime!

Your staff is top notch!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Watching the web cam showed they really know how to handle groups of dogs.
