Very friendly staff who love dogs. They treat my dog with such care and attention to his special needs.

I love the great people who work there and the different rooms that make my dog feel safe.

The smell in the facility is very strong when you walk in. The smell itself makes the place look unsanitary and unsafe for my pets. I am lucky I only take them there when I come to visit my son and his family in Oceanside.

We have been using Dogtopia for many years and love the staff. However, the last two times our dog has come home extremely ill with loose stools. She has had to go on medication and the first time we didn’t think she was going to make it. I thought it was just from another dog but the second time she also got very ill the same way. I’m wondering if the cleaning procedures have changed or changing the water, etc. She is never sick and both times have been this year and directly linked to her boarding.

I love how attentive and eager everybody is to take care of our puppies and all of their needs and get us going on our way to work seamlessly when we dropped them off I would highly recommend Dogtopia to anybody that cares about their doggies

The staff here at Dogtopia San Marcos is always welcoming when we walk in the door & are genuinely excited to see Nala. I cannot recommend Dogtopia enough! Leaving my dog somewhere new always makes me anxious, but the team here made us feel completely at ease from day one. They are incredibly attentive, and my dog absolutely loves following the staff around. I also love receiving the daily updates at pick up. My pup always comes home happy and exhausted. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Nala.
