Great experience today with Knox! I loved how the staff at Dogtopia followed up with me and asked questions about how they could improve our experience. It really shows you care!

Everyone seems very invested and cheerful. Our dog isn’t very social, so when I see her on the camera, I see her sitting alone , facing away from the group. My hope is that they do engage w her .
