Hazel has been coming since she was a puppy . Hazel loves it there . All of the staff are so loving and caring. I am comfortable leave her in there hands .
The staff is wonderful. Always so nice. 🙂 The two things I would love to see different is having the webcam on during lunch and the smell in the lobby.
My dog is so excited to be able to play with other dogs. She turns around in circles.
Friendly dependable accommodating
Handlers pay good attention to dogs and manage their energy levels well. Webcam make it easy to see what’s going on. Staff communicates well about dog behavior and possible issues
LuLu loves to stay there
Cameras are down a lot. The main camera for the big dogs was down for months. The lobby used to have two large screens that had announcements, spa services, dog of the week, etc that have been turned off for months. There used to be frequent social media posts showing dogs throughout the day and when there were activities now there is nothing ever posted.
You took very good care of my senior dog. Thank you.
