Friendly staff and accommodating
Nice to know that I can give short notice to bring my dog in for daycare.
The smell inside is horrendous and transfers to the dogs and then my house.
The staff are very personable, great customer service, gentle with the dogs and extremely helpful. My only concern is the very strong odor of urine in the lobby. It is extremely pungent. There has to be something the owners can do to find where the odor derives.
