They are friendly and helpful.
The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. The facility is always very clean. My little dog loves going there. I also love the crafts and photo ops.
Well, you are always friendly, and my dog is not afraid of you when we go there. But, I wish you would have someone available to answer phone calls in real time! Most of the time when I call, there is no one available and I have to leave a message. Then, I don’t hear back for about 2 or 3 hours.
I love the staff at Dogtopia San Marcos. I recently moved to east county San Diego, but still drive my dog an hour away because of the staff and the way they are so kind and caring for my doggie.

The employees are always extremely nice and my dog clearly really likes them. It’s fun to be able to check on my dog during the day with the webcams.

My only issue is not with Dogtopia, it’s with traffic that I have a serious problem with.
