Love the location and availability and the web cams.

The people are very knowledgeable and helpful. My baby enjoys going and having the webcam helps to see what she is doing.

Friendly staffs, Clean . They take good care of our baby Loki. He always comes home tired and happy. Always looking forward to go to Dogtopia San Marcos!!

The place smells. I know it’s a Zootopia, but he really should work on maybe disinfecting every so often during the day if you already doing that then I have no feedback.

When we called to set up an appointment the young lady that answered was very nice and polite. We showed up for our time to do our meet and greet we were greeted smiles and kind words each staff member we came in contact with us. I like the open campus as far as large windows you can see the animals play and the way that we are able to go and into the building and see all the rooms and given a full tour

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and our dog is always so excited to go in. Couldn’t be happier.

The only thing I cannot stand is how bad it smells and when I bring my dog home I can’t even let her in my house without giving her a bath. I don’t understand even how she can even smell that bad unless she’s rolling around in other dogs’ waste
