How kind and patient the staff is, Great people!
I love that my pup knows where we are as she gets out of the car (tail wagging) and now that she has been several times, she runs to the kennels with the assistant without looking at me. She is a very social dog, which I think helps.
My dog loves it there, but I do wish the facilities had a little bit more for them to play with and were nicer.
The staff is so friendly and they take such good care of our dog

The people are very knowledgeable and helpful. My baby enjoys going and having the webcam helps to see what she is doing.
Friendly staffs, Clean . They take good care of our baby Loki. He always comes home tired and happy. Always looking forward to go to Dogtopia San Marcos!!
The place smells. I know it’s a Zootopia, but he really should work on maybe disinfecting every so often during the day if you already doing that then I have no feedback.
