Overall, I am thrilled with this doggy daycare. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the dogs. My dog always comes home happy and tired from a day of play and socialization.

The staff knows my GSD Wynter well and always welcomes her with fondness which puts her at ease and happy to spend time at daycare! They are also friendly and flexible when unexpected things change reservations!.

All the staff are always so kind and helpful! They love my dog and know all her little quirks! Just a great place for my dog and me to feel safe that she is being taken care of!

The staff I encountered were all really nice, cared about our dogs and our satisfaction.
Cameras, to see play/care. I liked that the attendant could touch and comfort the dogs.

I didn’t catch on that small dogs had big dogs (due to the big dog temperament) in with them. It did seem to work out alright.

Part of our need for Dogtopia was to be able to leave the dogs for play day on a Sunday. But found out there is no ‘drop off’ for the day on Sundays!! That limits our use a lot.

Friendliness of staff and one on one interaction with the dogs

Everyone was super friendly and very good with my pup. He was quite happy to be there and they were all great with his taking his time to get used to everything. My dog is so happy to go!
