The sfaff at the Springfield location is fantastic and dedicated. They are great at what they do which is taking great care of the dogs. My dog, Leo loves going to Dogtopia Daycare.

I liked the pre-boarding stay that helps to get the dogs orientated and the report that is provided after.
It is very easy to book, not a lot of paperwork.
I also liked that the Dogtopia team was responsive when I emailed to check on my dog.

Thank you for taking care of our Sunny girl every week. She is so happy to get to Dogtopia on Mondays. She has become a well rounded puppy

Dogtopia is a great place for boarding, and for puppy play. I base this upon my dog’s enthusiasm when we arrive. He practically climbs over the gate to get inside.

Have an outside area

the facility has a strong urine smell that i haven’t noticed at other pet centers.
the app currently has an issue where it is not showing the correct drop off times.

We’ve been bringing our dog, Zeus, here for 7 years now. Zeus absolutely loves going there and is always excited to hop in the car when we tell him it’s time to go to “doggy daycare” for a long weekend.

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have taken time to get to know Zeus and his personality, which makes us feel at ease knowing he’s in good hands.

One of the things we appreciate most is their flexibility and reliability. If we book in advance, they always have availability, which is a huge relief for us. We also love receiving the “report card” when we pick him up. It’s great to hear about his time there and know that he’s been well-cared for.
