Have an outside area

the facility has a strong urine smell that i haven’t noticed at other pet centers.
the app currently has an issue where it is not showing the correct drop off times.

We’ve been bringing our dog, Zeus, here for 7 years now. Zeus absolutely loves going there and is always excited to hop in the car when we tell him it’s time to go to “doggy daycare” for a long weekend.

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have taken time to get to know Zeus and his personality, which makes us feel at ease knowing he’s in good hands.

One of the things we appreciate most is their flexibility and reliability. If we book in advance, they always have availability, which is a huge relief for us. We also love receiving the “report card” when we pick him up. It’s great to hear about his time there and know that he’s been well-cared for.

We love Dogtopia of Springfield! Hamlin gets so excited on daycare mornings to see all of his friends and I know he’s always in good hands there which gives me peace of mind. The theme picture days are our favorite!

If the times on Saturday could be an hour earlier and/or an hour later that would be great.

I would like to hear more about how his days are going. If there are behavioral issues that we could work on or like his favorite things to do during the day. Just like a one sentence summary at pick up would be nice.

One of the friendliest and cleanest locations and dog daycares in Northern Virginia! My dog is always excited to go into Springfield Dogtopia. Could not ask for a better daily daycare for my dog!

I love the personal touch. All of the employees know my dogs and call them by name when we arrive and leave. Some even know MY name. In addition, there doesn’t seem to be any turnover which is always a good sign. We love Tuesday nights in my house – my dogs are exhausted! If I had one “complaint” it would be that there is no outdoor area. It’s not a big deal for a daycare visit, but for longer boarding visits it would be nice if there was the opportunity for them to see the sun. Overall, we LOVE Dogtopia!
