I keep coming back every week because of the staff and the love and care they show my dog. They are excited to see my dog when he arrives and he is excited to see them!

How well our dog is treated during his stay, whether it be many days or a quick daycare stay.

The Springfield location’s groomer Robbie is great. My dog is not a fan of baths or brushing etc but she ‘s always exited to see Robbie and always comes out looking great. Many places have multiple dogs dropped off at one time and it’s an assembly line with the dog sitting in a crate between each step and who knows what time you dog will actually be done. At Dogtopia, there is no assembly line, I know my dog is the only dog scheduled for a certain time and about when she will be ready.

The people who work there remember and love my dog, Milkshake. He runs in and I can tell that he loves being there! Robby does a great job grooming him as well. I no longer work nearby, but will drive the extra distance to take Milkshake there.

Murphy loves to go to Dogtopia. From the minute we walk in, I can tell that he’s so well cared for. When I’ve had problems whether it be work or personal, Dogtopia has been there to watch Murphy. I know he’s well taken care of and getting his extra energy out. The entire team is warm, welcoming and obviously care about all of the dogs in their care! I’m so appreciative that Murphy has a second home that cares for him so much!

Dogtopia has excellent customer service! The staff is so friendly and very informative. My pup enjoyed her last two visits very much! She was exhausted when I took her home and I know she got to interact with other dogs and exercise! I absolutely love the transparency with this company. The fact that I can watch my dog during the day eases my mind and makes me smile. I highly recommend Dogtopia! I have Luna’s first day photo on my refrigerator. Thank you so much!!

I know that my dog is well cared for when she goes to daycare or boarded for some time! She comes home absolutely exhausted and I know that means she had a fun time. I also realize that if anything were to happen, I would be in the know!

This company knows my dog well and is always happy to see him.
I know that he will not be locked in a crate all day long in their care.
Instead, he gets to be in an open room with other furry friends of his size, and with a staff member present, which makes him feel comfortable.
Dogtopia always has something fun going on, such as monthly doggie birthday parties, or bacon bubbles, pictures of your dog, or graduation, etc. We love Robby the dog groomer too.
He is excellent!

Kevin, Victoria and the entire crew are always awesome to our dog. The entire team keeps the place looking and smelling very clean and my dog is so happy to go to Dogtopia where she is loved and well taken care of. Can’t say enough about the staff and how wonderful they are.
