Everything! Your staff is awesome- they cheerfully greet my dog and I every time we come in and my dog absolutely loves his days at Dogtopia!

Professional, loving, convenient.

Bringing Patsy to Dogtopia was the best decision, the staff is wonderful and always helpful, the environment is very welcoming and I know that when I drop her off everyday I don’t have to worry because she is in great hands and is being taken care of.

Better communication about any behavior issues. Upgrade camera system since is tends to freeze. Would love outdoor space for the dogs and more in door activities such as agility course, bubbles or other stimulating activities.

The staff are kind and caring. They even play with the dogs. It’s comforting to be able to check in on my dog child.

Bella was super excited to go and play. Someone took her back to play while I finished the paperwork up front. And pick up was a breeze, she was ready to go cleaned and nails trimmed.

My dogs are my children and the staff and canine coaches at the Springfield Dogtopia take such great care of my pups.

I am very new to Dogtopia, but for me, it is such a helpful service for me and my dog. My dog really wants to be with other dogs and needs to burn off some energy and I need to work. I do hope she is not too much of a bother to the coaches and is learning to be a good canine citizen. I adopted her when she was 8 months old and she didn’t have much prior training. She still hasn’t had a lot of structured training, but we walk daily and I try to train her as best as I can. I was wondering if Dogtopia ever offered any opportunities for pet parents to meet and socialize. I’m otherwise very pleased with Dogtopia so far, but still very new, so although I have and would recommend Dogtopia to others, I am still learning the ropes.
