Fantastic place for my dog. Amazing staff and such love for animals.
the staff is superb. they are kind and caring. I have been taking my dog here for about 3 years. once my dog was attacked by another dog, and the staff immediately stopped it and made sure my dog got amazing care. I honestly cannot say enough good things about springfield dogtopia. when my husband died and i had to board my dog while waiting to have a fence installed and my broken ankle to heal, after about 3 weeks the staff even offered to drive my dog home for a visit and to bring him back to dogtopia. they are just wonderful. a dogtopia opened a while back very close to my home but I am happy to drive the half hour it takes me to get to the springfield dogtopia.
ALL employees are so accommodating and helpful.
Jagger came home after the long weekend. It was very clear that he had been well loved and cared for. Great bath and nail trim as well.
Murphy loves Dogtopia as do I. He’s the happiest boy walking in and is always excited to see the staff. He might struggle to get out of bed at first, but once’s he’s there, he’s having a blast!

The star were friendly, inviting and seemed to really take care of my dog. My wife and I loved the report cards they provided us at the end of the day.
Provide additional spaces for dogs during boarding besides the crates in the room. I don’t like that they have to be in one room the entire time for an extended stay. I would pay extra for a separate space, outdoor walk or any additional attention.
Cleo is always anxiousy excited to go to Dogtopia Springfield it’s like a second home for her. She knows all the staff, stops and says hello to each of them when she goes in and takes a good nap when she comes home. I like that I don’t have to worry about her when I am at work.

Everything! Your staff is awesome- they cheerfully greet my dog and I every time we come in and my dog absolutely loves his days at Dogtopia!
