The office staff is friendly and helpful. I know my dogs are in good hands when I drop them off.
I like the reminders and maintenance your staff applies to customers’ accounts, this makes it easier to book appointments and keep the vaccination records up to date. Additionally, I like seeing the dogs during the day via the webcam and receiving updates of the dog’s well being.
The first day picture of our boy melted our hearts! That was such a sweet touch!
I appreciate their careful attention to immersing my pup with the pack already on site. They were patient and skilled. My pup came home happy and confident and tired. Thank you for your work!
