One concern in the smell on our dog after a visit. We were told it was the floors.
We have to wiper her down after every visit.
Make the prices for boarding cheaper, more affordable. Or atleast a deal the more nights a dog stays.
Staff is great to work with – love the camera to check in – our dog Buster loved going there!

Excellent costumer service
The lobby is very inviting and staff greeted Bentley and made him comfortable before taking him to the back. I like the webcam so we can see Bentley interacting with the staff and other dogs.

I know they’re a lot of dogs to take care of, but for some reason our dog comes back dehydrated each time. I know she had a great time there, but I wonder what she eats because she is returned to us with a good amount of food when I sent her there with the exact amount she needed. I know the Canine Coaches are great, but a little more attention to each dogs habits could help.
The staff were really friendly and I could tell they love dogs. My dog was happy and satisfied when I picked him up on his first day.
