Meet the Team
Jordan Cerrillo, Co-Owner
Our Regional Manager has been with Dogtopia for nearly five years and brings a deep passion for dogs to everything he does. For Jordan, nothing is more important than showing pet parents the Dogtopia experience and ensuring a safe, happy, and enriching environment for every pup in our care. He shares his life with three beloved dogs: Harper, an energetic Australian Cattle Dog; Wallaby, a playful Australian Shepherd; and Indy, a sweet and spunky Aussie Doodle. Dogs aren’t just part of his work—they’re his life, his passion, and his purpose.
Alyssa Greeder, Regional Manager
Meet Alyssa, a dedicated member of our Dogtopia Woodbury family since our doors first opened! Her passion is creating an exceptional experience for both furry guests and their loving owners. Alyssa takes joy in watching each pup’s unique personality blossom as they become part of our pack. She goes above and beyond to ensure that our store isn’t just a workplace, but a welcoming second home where our team is treated like family. Outside of Dogtopia, Alyssa is the proud owner of a playful Golden Retriever named Moose, who’s always keeping her on her toes with his endless energy and love. She recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Elena, and absolutely loves being a mom to both her and Moose, balancing life with her two biggest joys.
Jasmine Kelly, Pet Parent Relations Manager
Jasmine brings a burst of positivity and creativity to Dogtopia Woodbury and Eau Claire as our Pet Parent Relations Manager and social media lead! With over three years of professional dog experience and a strong background in customer service, she’s dedicated to helping pet parents find a safe, happy place for their dogs to play and grow. Her favorite part of the job is seeing each pup find their stride — making new friends, gaining confidence, and discovering their new home-away-from-home. Whether she’s capturing joyful moments for our social pages or planning exciting events, Jasmine’s enthusiasm and love for dogs shine through in everything she does.
Haile Weber, Store Manager
Haile is one of the store managers and has proudly been part of the Dogtopia family for the past three years. At home, she has two dogs of her own—Finn, a playful Lab/Pit mix, and Hunny, a sweet and spunky mutt—which gives her a personal understanding of how important it is to find a place where pups feel safe, loved, and excited to return. She is incredibly passionate about creating a fun, safe, and enriching environment for every dog in her care, believing that every pup deserves to feel comfortable and protected while they play and socialize. One of her favorite parts of the job is welcoming new dogs on their very first day—watching nervous jitters turn into happy tail wags and seeing them grow more confident as they find their place in the pack. Building meaningful connections with both dogs and their families is what makes her role so rewarding, and she is dedicated to making every visit a positive, tail-wagging experience.
Sarah Mann, Store Manager
Sarah is passionate about creating a fun, safe, and loving environment for every dog that walks through the doors. Growing up caring for dogs from a young age, stepping into this role felt completely natural for her, allowing her to continue doing what she loves. Her favorite part of the job is giving pet parents the peace of mind and comfort of knowing their dog is truly having the best day ever while in her care, and she especially enjoys watching each dog’s unique personality shine and grow the more they come to daycare, finding it incredibly rewarding to build those relationships over time. Because of her love for pups, Sarah recently adopted her own furry companion, Ebenenezer, a Black Mouth Cur mix puppy who keeps life exciting and full of tail wags!
