Training built around your dog — not a one-size-fits-all class.
Our personalized one-on-one training program gives your dog dedicated time with our experienced trainer, Juli, while they’re already spending the day with us at daycare!
Training sessions take place on Mondays during daycare hours, making professional training easy and convenient. Simply drop your dog off for their regular day of daycare, and Juli will work with them individually during their visit — no evening or weekend classes to fit into your schedule.
Training That Meets Your Dog Where They Are
Every dog learns differently, which is why our one-on-one program is completely personalized. Instead of following the pace or curriculum of a group class, your dog’s training is based on their individual skill level, needs, and goals.
Before getting started, we’ll learn more about what you’d like to work on with your dog. Juli will then develop a training plan tailored specifically to them. As your dog progresses, she’ll continually assess their skills and make adjustments to the curriculum to ensure they’re getting the most out of each session.
Training can focus on areas such as:
- Basic obedience and manners
- Recall
- Loose-leash walking
- Impulse control
- Jumping and greetings
- Confidence building
- Strengthening existing skills
- Other goals specific to you and your dog
The biggest benefit? Your dog never has to keep up with a class or wait for the class to catch up with them. They can spend more time on skills that need extra attention and move forward when they’re ready.

Juli Drain, CPDT-KSA, ABC-DT
Juli is a veteran dog trainer with over 15 years of experience training dogs in a variety of settings. I am one of 8 CPDT-KSA certified dog trainers in the state of Minnesota. I am ready to assist you with training your dog, whether it is a playful puppy or a “new to you” rescue or a longtime pet.
