We have had trouble connecting through the app ever since the software change, which has led to scheduling difficulties and frustration that we can’t access the cameras. Despite this, we are still happily impressed with the service and care provided by the staff. It was our dog’s first time boarding overnight a few weeks ago, and despite his occasionally nervous nature, the team did a wonderful job and he had a great time. He loves his little orange tennis ball that he brought back with him!

The staff have been extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. I love that they do so many pictures, texts, “report cards” to keep us filled in on our boys day! Always a super fun calendar showing all the activities and fun planned makes us feel good about sending him, knowing real efforts are made to engage and entertain our fur babies! We also love that there are treats/snacks available during their quiet time as some days he doesn’t want breakfast so early. It’s nice knowing there’s an option available! Overall, we are so happy here and find it worth every penny!!! Again, having a welcoming and happy staff really eases our minds leaving him in good care. Knowing it’s not “just a dog” to the workers is HUGE. Especially for some of us, our dogs are our kids.
