The staff have been extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. I love that they do so many pictures, texts, “report cards” to keep us filled in on our boys day! Always a super fun calendar showing all the activities and fun planned makes us feel good about sending him, knowing real efforts are made to engage and entertain our fur babies! We also love that there are treats/snacks available during their quiet time as some days he doesn’t want breakfast so early. It’s nice knowing there’s an option available! Overall, we are so happy here and find it worth every penny!!! Again, having a welcoming and happy staff really eases our minds leaving him in good care. Knowing it’s not “just a dog” to the workers is HUGE. Especially for some of us, our dogs are our kids.

All the services are amazing. But what I appreciate most is the staff. Every encounter has been with someone that has been professional, welcoming and understanding of the nerves that can be present with leaving your fur child with “strangers” for the first time. Staff has been so patient and kind with helping me feel comfortable and at ease. This has been quite a transition for us both, but I can tell that Lennox enjoys his time there. Thank you.
