I appreciate quick callback after requesting information. The screening day was great. It was nice to have update on my dogs. While I cannot afford multiple days a week (with two dogs it is outside of our budget), we will be dropping dogs off for play days snd boarding. I have already referred others.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They really seem to love working with all of the dogs and like their jobs.

I’m not sure yet. I haven’t used Dogtopia enough to identify areas to improve.

Affordability-everything else was great!

– keep the smell fresher by bringing in more fresh air. Need something done about odor.

– Communication gap, employees need to have better communication with each other so they know what pet needs what and take care of pets.

– Employees need to communicate better about promotions with pet parents.
