Following their Meet & Greet, your dog is welcome to stay for a free day. This helps your dog get comfortable with our team, routine, and playrooms before an overnight stay.
3. Reserve Your Boarding Stay
Once approved, you can book boarding for vacations, weekend trips, and holiday travel.
Every new dog begins with a complimentary Meet & Greet. We evaluate play style, confirm the right playroom, walk you through the boarding routine, and help you set up webcam access.

Daily Dog boarding schedule
Our daily boarding follows a structured schedule—just like summer camp for kids—keeping dogs active, social, and mentally stimulated. By evening, they’re relaxed, content, and ready for a full night of restful sleep.
6:00 AM – Boarding dogs have their first potty break and stretch their legs. 7:00 AM – Dogs always rest for an hour to help prevent bloat and then will join daycare. 12:00 PM –Midday rest period. Dogs relax in their home-style crate while our team completes a full deep clean and sanitization of all playrooms. 2:00 PM – Playtime resumes as dogs burn off their second wind. 7:00 PM – Dinner is served, and dogs again rest to digest. 9:00 PM – Final let out for potty then bedtime. Any belongings you brought are put with your dog, and they are ready to rest until the morning.
We want your pup’s stay to feel just like home. You’re welcome to bring a favorite blanket, a non-squeak toy, or familiar bedding for comfort. If your dog has a medical condition or needs extra breaks, our staff is happy to tailor their care plan.

Does booking a Meet & Greet actually reserve my dog’s boarding spot?
Yes—it’s the key step to holding your spot! When you schedule your Meet & Greet (online or by calling 636-283-2444), our team will ask about your desired boarding dates right away. We’ll check real-time availability immediately and ensure there are no upcoming blackout dates or conflicts for boarding. If your preferred dates are getting close to being full, we’ll contact you right away (usually within 24 hours) after scheduling to confirm details, discuss any alternatives if needed, and secure your pup’s spot once approved. Mention your travel dates when booking so we can prioritize—spots fill fast, especially weekends, holidays, or peak seasons!
What if my dog has separation anxiety or is new to boarding?
We specialize in reducing stress! Many pups acclimate quickly with prior daycare visits (we recommend at least 1–3 days first). The structured routine, rest periods, webcam check-ins, and cozy home-style crates help tremendously. Our first night free promo lets new customers try it risk-free as a “practice night.”
Can I check on my dog while I’m away?
Absolutely—peace of mind is our priority! Access live webcams anytime via the Dogtopia app or desktop to watch playtime, rest, and everything in between.
How does drop-off and pick-up work?
Drop-offs are flexible during business hours—aim for morning (as early as 6:30 AM on weekdays) so your pup can join the full day of play. Pick-up anytime before closing. We’ll coordinate exact times during your Meet & Greet or when you book.
What should I bring for my dog’s boarding stay?
Keep it simple: Pre-portioned meals of their regular food (to avoid tummy upset), familiar bedding, and one non-squeaky toy. We’ll provide everything else, including lots of love and play!
What vaccinations does my dog need?
All dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (and free of fleas/ticks/illness in the last 30 days). We’ll verify records during your Meet & Greet—if needed, we can call your vet for confirmation.
How much does boarding cost, and what’s included?
The daily & nightly cost combined is $58 for daycare members or $68 if not enrolled in daycare (includes full-day supervised play with daycare dogs, rest breaks, and overnight care). Upgrade to a private suite for $15 more (limited). Wellness plan dogs save $10/night. New customers get their first night free!
