Ellisville Reviews

First, I want to make clear that I only have used the Ellisville, Mo. site. I like the flexibility I have with the days and times I can take my dog there. There have been a couple of very minor problems that were quickly resolved. But the best thing about Dogtopia is the genuine care, patience, and love the coaches give to all of their charges. My dog has anxiety issues and is very uncomfortable with meeting new people. From the first 5 minutes of meeting the coaches, my Athena was more calm than I’ve seen her in a situation like this.

Everyone so friendly and work with me when I have scheduling issues, Most importantly, my dog gets excited to go!

My dog needs a bath every single time I pick her up, even if she’s only there for a few hours. Really disappointing because I love dogtopia otherwise!

I love that I can drop off our dog and feel completely sure I am leaving them in good hands. Drop off and pick up is super easy and the staff is great.

My dog can not wait to get to “camp” on days she’s going. I start to put her harness on and she goes crazy with excitement.
All of the employees are great and happy to see her and she’s happy to see them. The center is absolutely spotless and never smells like a kennel. I also appreciate the spa. Thank you for thinking of everything that provides the perfect environment for my sweet little girl.
