The team that’s behind it! When we first brought our 2 puppies to Dogtopia they were so scared and nervous. And to be honest so we’re we; we just didn’t know what to expect but we needed to given our current work schedule. Given they are puppies we wanted them to have room to explore and play and learn to socialize with the other dogs. The first several weeks they were scared and just hid in the corner but the team was patient and really helped them adjust.

Once we boarded them we noticed a complete 360, they felt more confidence and really started to get out of their shell. They finally got out of the corner and have really enjoyed playing with the other dogs. The best part is we always have the option of watching them throughout the day. All in all, Dogtopia is a win for us, it took them a few weeks to start feeling comfortable buts that the norm and now they don’t even want to come home lol .

They took their time to introduce my pup slowly to het him get accustomed to the environment. Everyone is very nice and they gave me a tour and explained all services.

The staff is always polite and informative. Our dog is always happy to see them and very playful. When we pick him up, he seems just as happy as when he was dropped off. His spa days are wonderful. His coat is shiny and smooth. I just love the services and staff!
