My dog loves coming to Dogtopia. The entire staff is so kind to all the dogs

I like that they know my dog and always greet him by name. I love that I can watch him throughout the day on the cameras and he always looks like he is having fun. I love that Nate is always tired when I pick him cause he has had a great day playing with his friends.

Taking our dogs to Dogtopia had been a great experience both for daycare and for boarding. The dogs are always super excited to go and associate their slip leads with a Dogtopia day getting very excited and then they always come home tired. Having the ability to check in on the dogs via the web cams it fun and also gives us the piece of mind being able to see them having a great time. The dogs are always welcomed in and the team has gotten to know them so it feels like family! We use to have a dog sitter come to the house and stay with the dogs when we left town but this allows them so much more activity and is even more worry free!

The prices have gone up so much in the last two years. They also used to allow dogs to split one package. By taking that away it is too expensive. They also used to let you stack days so then when you went on a longer vacation you could use some days which you already paid for. That made it easier to afford. Now they don’t which is expensive

The billing process/changes are not consistently followed. Requested changes are not made timely or consistently

Amazing, friendly, caring staff, flexible hours , extended services – one stop drop for daycare, bath and nails clipped, training.

The staff is incredibly nice and extremely helpful. Our pup feels welcome & is happy to go to daycamp.

Attention to detail.
Must be a huge cheat sheet in the back room!
Photo sent and “report card” sent home nice touch!

A little more consistency in labeling and keeping track of dog accessories, ie, collars and leashes.
