Customer service and way my dog is treated by staff
The way they welcome the dogs. Our dog runs to greet the employees. Luke is almost seven he has been going to Dogtopia at least four years. He’s always been so happy to go. We have never had one single issue in those four years and that goes for Luke too!! I highly recommend Dogtopia if you want your dog well cared for without any worries!!!!
Friendly and professional service
I can’t say enough good things about Jourdan, one of the groomers at Dogtopia. She has gone above and beyond in not only making my dog look beautiful but she has been diligent in pointing out certain areas of concern. I am so thankful for her and her communication is top tier. I always know my dog is in the best of hands and she will keep me updated throughout the appointment. She truly cares for about the animals and clients she serves and it shows <3 Again, I am so thankful for her! Jourdan, you are wonderful!
Dogs are constantly moving, versus lying around in a kennel if we had been using someone to “drop by” our house and let her out a few times a day.
Staff interacts well with our dog.
The dogs in her “room” don’t get too physical in their play…which is good because she is typically one of the smaller dogs.
Love the drop in feature for daycare. Love that my dog is always happy when we get there. She’s telling me that she is looking forward to the day at play.
I love how welcoming the staff is and how convenient it is to make a grooming appointment. My little guy Ace always comes out looking adorable. Definitely the best grooming experience I’ve had!

The staff take care of our dogs, whether it’s a half day once a week or 5 days a week all day. It’s highly important that we, parents don’t worry while we’re at work.
Activities add stimulation to the dog’s day.
My Chewy has been a half day once a week for five years. I have watched her with staff members and she loves them all. They filled a space that Chewy would have had, doggie friends, are important
