Oriana took care of our pup, Luna, with such kindness and consideration. Knowing it was our pup’s first visit, Oriana gave Luna plenty of time to get comfortable with the place, and also tons of adoration throughout her grooming. Luna is usually reluctant to let groomers touch her paws, but Orian’s patience and calm demeanor resonated with Luna and we had an uneventful visit. We will be back!
