Friendly, and they answer the phone
I LOVE THE CAMERAS to watch my pup when I am missing him. Not only do I love seeing him but I can see how the staff love on him and know he is being cared for well. At one point I could tell Bob was overwhelmed and a staff member sat on floor and he laid head in her lap and she gave him gentle pets on his sweet head. It was just what I needed when I missed him.
It was the first time we had ever boarded Luna. She’s a very friendly dog that we take to the dog park frequently, but you know, we were still a little nervous about leaving her.
Well- she was happy to see us, but she was mostly tired from her vacation and sleepover with friends. She played a ton. She made a best friend. And she seems absolutely unphased by being boarded at all. That last part made me the happiest. We will for sure use dogtopia again.
