Everything. Mickey loves going to Dogtopia staff is so great
The cameras seem to be hit and miss as to if they are working or not. There have been many instances where I have tried to see my dogs and the camera were not working. When they do work the quality is very poor. A camera upgrade would be the solution I would suggest. Better quality video amd consistently operational is much needed.
They all treat the dogs with total love!!

Friendly staff, genuinely care about my best girl, provide frequent feedback on daycare activities, prompt grooming and boarding services.
l like how friendly they are and their location is easy to get to, I was very pleased with how they groomed him. Scooter looked so cute when I picked him up.
Seemed a little chaotic in the lobby area when I was there
I realize it’s a dog daycare etc. but improve your ventilation system at the portal road location in Papillion. The smell was overwhelming in the lobby. Since this is a first impression for a pet parent, it may lead them to believe your location isn’t the cleanest therefore making them think twice about using your services.
Everyone is so excited to see Yoshi show up. Almost as excited as Yoshi is! Yoshi comes home worn out and happy as can be. I trust that he is in good hands going to Dogtopia.
Zippy loves playing with friends in a safe environment and I like being able to see he is happy and being well taken care of on the video cameras!
I love the friendliness of the staff and my dog always comes out of the spa looking great!
