If dogs show up for appointments, get them to the back to wait for the groomer. Rather than have them sitting in the reception area. Can get tense for others waiting to pick up their dog, and the dog that’s completed has to walk by the others waiting. Less stress / anxiety for the dog coming back to the owner in the waiting room. Especially if the dog completed is smaller than the dog waiting. Not all large dog owners hold their dogs back from getting into the face of the smaller dog.
You always know who my dog is a soon as I bring him in, and he loves it there!

I have been bringing my two year old black lab to dogtopia daycare twice a week since he was 6 months old. He is super high energy and on daycare days he comes home and crashes for the rest of the night. The staff is great with him and understands his temperament.
I get quick responses when I email with questions and my dog LOVES daycare.
