The people were nice at check in. They took great care a Gibbs while he was there.
We have only had a meet & greet and have yet to use the doggie daycare services. I do like that there is a spa on-site and that grooming can be part of the daycare experience.

The staff is so kind and I know that they care about Jameson. I love watching Jameson play throughout the day on the camera. He seems to having so much fun!

It’s clean – great environment. I enjoy watching my dog play via the webcams. Everyone is so friendly! Each day they greet my dog with geniune enthusiasm & it’s reciprocated by my dog. He’s thrilled to be there. Tail wags & smiles always, whenever I ask him if he’s ready to go to doggy daycare.

We love Dogtopia and especially Lili, the groomer. We haven’t used Dogtopia for anything other than grooming, but with regards to dog grooming – Lili is the best. She always communicates with us about what we want for the cut and if something isn’t correct, she will fix it. You can tell that she is experienced and absolutely loves animals.
Caregivers seem to genuinely care about my dog. He is all wags when he sees two of his favorites.
