The boarding cost is way too high. It’s $20 more per night than another boarding place nearby!

The staff is amazing and friendly while the facility is clean and orderly. Signing Ruger up for daycare or boarding is easy, especially with the app. They take outstanding care of her each day she’s there. I cannot think of a better place for Ruger to spend the day if she can’t be at home with us. Dogtopia is definitely a home away from home for her!

I love the cameras and everyone is extremely friendly at the front desk. They knew my name and dog by the second visit.

The staff here is phenomenal. My dog is always thrilled to go and clearly happy while he is there. The video cameras are a terrific way to see how much fun my dog is having.
there is a dogtopia that opened a couple years ago a few miles from my house. The Springfield location takes a bit over a half hour to get to. and while I know the closer facility is also good, I prefer to bring my dog to the Springfield Dogtopia. I simply cannot say enough good things about the.lm!

I wish you could view the cams without having to create an account like way back when.

Also, they really should accept credit cards without having to create an account (which I won’t do) just like every other retailer.

Still they are great and dogs love it there!
