Eli was unhappy having his claws trimmed. I don’t know how badly he misbehaved demonstrating his dislike but he has been lethargic and can’t jump onto the couch since his visit. Perhaps you should give up sooner on the quest for short nails in an older dog?

Dogs are divided by size which makes me comfortable dropping off my little guy. The staff is very attentive to the dogs in their care and sensitive to the owners’ concerns. I have had some negative experiences at other daycare/boarding facilities and had concerns leaving my senior guy and the staff listened patiently and were very reassuring. The ability to download the app and watch the “nanny cam” to see how he’s doing during the day provides a sense of comfort. I also like having the contract so that I can easily drop off and pick up without having to pay every time. The location is convenient to me and while there is no outdoor space, it’s good to know weather will never be an issue in prohibiting play time.

Dogtopia is always on time, staff very cheerful and caring, and does a wonderful job. They are very careful to ensure that all shots of their furry customers are up to date. Never worry when I leave my pet in their care.

We entrust Dogtopia Springfield to take the best care of our fur baby. Charlie is a very introverted dog, but he really likes the staff, who give him plenty of attention throughout his stay. We highly recommend Dogtopia Springfield to any parents that want their dogs to have an excellent experience away from home.
