I have regularly requested spa services for my dog Winston. I specifically request a blow out/blow dry because of his longer hair, and how easily it tangles if washed and not brushed after. But every time, he comes back more matted than when I drop him off. I don’t think he is actually being brushed during these services, and I’d so, not thoroughly at all. On two occasions, I actually had to shave him down completely, which is kindof devastating for a schnauzer. My feedback is to understand the type of dog you are working with when performing baths and spa treatments, so they can be accommodated appropriately and they come out better than when they can in.

I love this place! The staff are the best and they always feel very safe to leave my dog here.

All the staff were excellent and explained the process well for our first time using doggie daycare. We are moving out of the area and used their service to watch our dog while the movers packed

I was impressed with the facilities. The dogs genuinely seemed to like being there and the staff was very attentive to their needs. I felt comfortable leaving my dog with such capable people. They definitely provide a much needed service to dog owners. Keep up the good work!
