I know there a lot of new folks there. But there have been several times that our dog didn’t get his lunch because it was in the refrigerator. There was also one time that he didn’t get a bath when I signed up for it on the paper at the front desk. I would suggest a little more training for the staff and to think about things such as if they don’t have dry food could it be in the fridge. Maybe even a checklist of things to do as they are preparing for lunch nap time.

They took amazing care of my dog, as always. Staff is super friendly and welcoming

Krypto is very selective and stingy with his affection. He truly loves going to daycare and seeing everyone who looks after him. It really makes me feel good to watch him on the Webcam playing with his buddies!

Daycare is bit expensive. The new schedule in advance for daycare is a little inconvenient but I get it. Overall would recommend to most in the area.

The staff is phenomenal! They make Kobe and I feel like a part of the Dogtopia family!

The Dogtopia team are wonderful! They genuinely care about all their furry friends. The communication with pet parents is top notch. My dog loves the time she spends at Dogtopia!

Our dog Poppy loves daycare and overnight boarding at Dogtopia of Springfield. My wife and I love taking Poppy there because the staff are so friendly and helpful (both with us and the dogs). We enjoy watching our dog play on the webcams throughout the day, and appreciate the convenience of having grooming services on-site.
