The friendly, professional staff. The staff treats my puppy as though she were their own. She comes home happy and tired which means she’s had a good day exercising and interacting with other dogs and people. Whenever I enter the building, it smells fresh and clean, no unpleasant odors. I recommend Dogtopia to all my friends and family. My little girl has excelled in getting along with all breeds of dog. It’s playtime I’ll never deprieve her of associating with her buddies on a regular basis. They also provide boarding and bathing which is a huge plus.

Charge the same rate for additional days above the plan when an owner brings a dog in for additional days in any given week.

And, in an ideal world, there would be outdoor access for the dogs – especially if being boarded. Not necessarily realistic based on the current location, but outdoor space would make me far more likely to board my dog with Dogtopia.

I really liked the staff and cleanliness of the facility but didn’t like having my dog in a crate for two hours of the visit. Also, I wish you had an outdoor space.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They calmed my fears and made sure I was comfortable with everything happening. They have been so great with my dog and handled her anxiety, made her comfortable to help her get a new routine in a difficult time. They are awesome!!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They really care about the experience for the dog(s) and owner(s). We love that the facility is open on the weekends so we can actually go run errands without having to worry about our dog being home alone
