Staff are warm and welcoming. The program separates the dogs by size and has safety at the for-front. I like the fact that I can watch my dog on the monitor for her room as she gets to meet her new friends. I felt supported and so did my dog.

Everyone is so friendly and attentive to the needs and dispositions of the dogs.

Very organized and transparent. I like that I can see my dog on camera and book appointments online. I like that the meet and greet process is designed to check for behavior types and keep all dogs safe. I wish a pre purchase punch card option was available for non members.

I can tell my dog Walter is so happy everytime I bring him to daycare…the staff is amazing!

We were nervous about bringing our rescue, Dixie to any daycare place. I researched and found Dogtopia and felt comfortable with them. She is a rescue that is protective of her people and not sure about other dogs. We brought her in for the Meet and Greet to make sure she would do well. Jon and the manager was AMAZING! They listened to our concerns and our excited dog traits we knew about and loved on her. She went back and met some new dog friends and was doing pretty good. They felt comfortable with her and she moved into the big room to meet more new friends and she fit right in. Making herself aware of her surroundings and her new friends. We loved the Report Card when we picked her up! We are glad we found Dogtopia and the amazing staff for our sweet Dixie!

Staff is wonderful and welcoming. My dog was so happy to return on his second day. Great socialization for the dog in the proper environment.
