Yery friendly staff. Care about my dog. Nice to see long standing staff members

So far Dogtopia has been good. The one thing that felt like a money grab was the assessment. I understand it’s a necessity, however there shouldn’t be a charge. My dog and I were there for 30 mins and we were told he passed but was too timid to stay the day. I was still charge $25 eventhough in the numerous emails I received it mentioned the $25 included 5 hours of care. When I came back the next day, I was charged an additional $30 for a half day of play. When I questioned the fact that I had already paid $25 the day prior, I was told that’s only for the assessment and I would have had to use the 5 hours of daycare that day. That isn’t mentioned in any of the emails and it was under the advice of Dogtopia staff to not stay after the assessment. It would be helpful to either be more clear or honour the 5 hours of daycare at the $25 price.

The staff are wonderful. They are all professional, helpful and really good with my dog Zoe. She loves spending time there with both her Two and four legged friends.

I don’t worry about her when she is there and know that I can check on her via the on-site cameras.

The staff are tremendous and truly care about the dogs. It’s always a pleasant atmosphere. My dog has been going there for 1 year and still enjoys it.

Service is friendly and professional. All the staff have a amazing love of dogs…and people too. Hours of service are great and the price is very good. My dog can’t wait to get inside in the morning and comes home happy and tired.

Dogtopia always has a welcoming environment. We have used their services over the past two years. Highly recommend any pet owner looking for a daycare, grooming, and kennel service to try it out.
